REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Nominations are sought for members of the Board of Directors who reflect the qualifications and diversity found in the field of Pharmacy Benefit Management. At least one Director must be a member of the general public with no affiliation to the PBM industry and at least one Director must be a member of the credentialed PBMCT community. Directors serve a term of three (3) years from the date of their election. Directors serve staggered terms to balance continuity with new perspective. After completing one term as a Director, re-appointment to the position is possible if the Director is re-nominated and voted back into a Director position. The Board of Directors meets via conference call on a quarterly basis.
