Accredited PBM Technician Educational Series – Now Available!

The Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute (PBMI) has developed a 3-part educational series for pharmacy technicians who would like to learn more about managed care pharmacy and more specifically how the pharmacy benefit management industry works.

The educational series is approved for up to 3.0 contact hour(s) (0.3 CEUs) for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in states that recognize ACPE.  
 
The PBMI promotes learning about the evolving pharmacy benefit management industry through unbiased research and education.   

You can access the PBMI Educational Series HERE; under the Resources tab at the top of this website; or via the accreditor’s website: optumhealtheducation.com under the “Pharmacy Benefit Management” tab.

The National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) has granted accreditation to Distance Learning Network, Inc.’s Pharmacy Benefit Management Technician Certification Program for demonstrating compliance with the NCCA Standards for the Accreditation of Certification Programs.
